I'm dying here.... dying of excitement.... We were just given a wonderful gift today- "new" pics of *P*!! I put "new" in quotes because they are actually old pics- one I believe from 2009 judging by the file name, and the other is a sweet baby photo!! <3 Melt. My. Heart. I should be able to share them after we have traveled on our first trip. I so can't wait to get my hands on her- soon soon SOON!! We also received a little medical information- nothing shocking, just the usual we were expecting... and also learned the date she was placed in the orphanage. I doubt I'm able to share that, so reflecting on that will have to wait. Let's just say I have only known this information a very short time- like a couple hours, and it's already been breaking my heart pondering the circumstances. Not sure what other information the orphanage director will have to share with us.
We just had a lengthy (2+ hours) phone conference with our adoption coordinator going over everything for our first trip- I still can't believe it is almost here!! I have been a nervous wreck trying to get everything done, and I need to start packing soon. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers that all goes smoothly on this trip and that *P* is comfortable with us during our meetings. Thank you! <3
